The 250-1930 Commercial Vehicle Blind Spot Detection and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert System includes two universal surface-mount sensors with integrated reflector lens, primary control module, 24-foot sensors harnesses, A-pillar LED alert assemblies, audible buzzer, GPS antenna, main wiring harness, and universal mounting hardware.
The Blind Spot Detection System (BSD) will notify the driver when a vehicle has entered the area once the vehicle is traveling above 15 MPH.
If a vehicle has entered the BSD detection area the LED indicator will illuminate solid to notify the driver that a vehicle is present. If the vehicle’s corresponding turn signal is activated the LED indicator will begin to flash and the buzzer will sound to warn the driver that a vehicle is present in the BSD detection area.
The sensors have a range of up to 25-feet on either side of the vehicle to help with backing out of driveways or parking spaces.
